NB Some assembly required:

We strongly recommend that customers inspect all parts before installation and check pre-assembled parts over before riding.

Installation of Handlebars
Begin by removing all packaging and standing the bike upright. Where the handlebars would normally be attached to the stem you’ll notice four bolts holding in the stem clamp (the plate on top), these should be removed along with the stem clamp itself.   Next, place the bars upright in the corresponding channel (ensuring they are facing the correct way- the grips will sweep backward ever so slightly) and place the stem clamp back over the top. Holding the bars in place and in a central position, tighten each bolt evenly until the bars can hold themselves up but are still able to move. Adjust the bars to your favoured position and tighten the bolts up as much as you can, remembering to tighten them evenly.

Installation of Pedals
Start by identifying which pedal is which- you’ll find either an ‘L’ or an ‘R’ on the end of the threaded part of each pedal. Looking from the back of the bike, install the pedal with an ‘L’ on the left and the pedal with an ‘R’ on the right. This is done by feeding the thread into the hole on the end of the crank and using the spanner provided to turn the flat part of the threaded bolt anticlockwise until tight.

Installation of the Front Wheel
Attach the front wheel by inserting the axle bolt horizontally into the slots at the end of the forks, you may need to loosen the nuts on either side to be able to do this. Once in place, tighten each nut onto the outside of the forks until the wheel is held in place securely and cannot move laterally.

Installation of the Saddle
Simply insert the seat post, under the saddle, into the seat tube and tighten at the correct height using the pre-installed pinch bolt. Please ensure that at least 5cm of the post is inside the seat tube.

Please note you may need to pump up the tyres before use. This can be done using the valve on the wheel.  Please ensure they are solid so as not to damage the wheel. Recommended 30PSI.
