Hardwired Recovery is an online refurbished computer and parts retailer, is our aim to offer great value laptops at  fraction of their retail price.

 If a laptop is not up to sellable standard or a part is not obtainable it is striped and the part sold to help repair other machines. This way we do not send anything to landfill.

All Machines & parts are fully tested to the highest standard, ensuring every item we send out will perform to the peak of its ability.

Payment & Shipping 
Our prefund payment method is PayPal as this offers to best protection for us and yourself. Items that are sold and paid for by 2pm as normal posted the same day, though please be aware that any good sold between Friday after 2pm and Sunday will experience a delay due to parcel for not working between these days.

All our Laptop are sent Free via Parcel Force 24 Hour, though we do offer the option Parcel Force guaranteed services at a small fee.

We can also facilitate collections if you prefer to pick up your item in person. If you wish to collect, please message us prior to arriving so we can prepare your items. Collection can be made from Bodicote, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AJ.

30 Day Warranty
All products we sell come with a 30 Day warranty from the date of delivery. If during the warranty period, your item develops a fault. You should contact us on 07341815155 or via eBay message.
We will endeavour to diagnose and give instructions on how to fix the issue if possible, if unable to resolve long distance instructions will be given on returning the item to be repaired.  

Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however misuse, battery’s & customer accidental damage is not included.

If you have accidentally damaged your product, we are still here to help and will more than likely be able to repair your item for a reasonable price. 

We advise that the use of 3rd party (non-original) chargers and batteries with your laptop or tablet may cause problems and will invalidate your warranty.

Items that we sell as faulty, for spares or repair
Items that we supply as “faulty, for spares or repair” are sold as described and do not carry a warranty.

We advise you to ask any questions you have about the item, the parts/components that work or are included before you make any bid or purchase.
