    International Shipping: 

    BlueShop on eBay ships internationally to many countries. The expedited shipping option applies only for domestic within the US. Once your order leaves eBay's US facility to be shipped internationally, eBay international shipping methods and any associated shipping charges will apply. 

    Please note that free shipping promotions apply only to the above domestic shipping portion of internationally shipped orders. We currently do not offer free shipping for international shipping charges.

    Returns

    	
								If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your desire to return the item as soon as possible as we have a 14 Day return time period.

    Please contact us via eBay Messages to indicate why you would like to return the item so we can handle your concern in a timely manner.

    Here's how to get started with a return request:

    1.  Locate the item you'd like to return in the Purchase History section of My eBay.
    2.  Click Return this item (you may have to click More actions to see that option).
    3.  Select your reason for returning the item, and add any other details that you'd like the seller to know.
    4.  Click Request a return to send your request.

    Item(s)must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.  All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.  Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip.  
    Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returns.  We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. 

    All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).  

    Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with BlueShop; all other instances; Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

    Please allow a maximum of 6 business days for us to receive and process your return.  You can expect a refund within these 6 business days of when we receive your return.  

    We will notify you via eBay Messages once we have processed the returned product(s).  We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total.  We are sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders; unless error lies with BlueShop.  Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

    Exchanges:

    We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time.  We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item.  You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your item.  Please see our Return Policy above.

    International Return Policy: 

    Buyer is responsible for return shipping expense and is required to fill out all necessary customs paperwork prior to shipping.
