Note regarding costs:

For those of you whom are curious, the basic costs associated with eBay and PayPal are approximately 15% - 18% for the total amount of the sale which is absorbed by our sellers.  On an item that costs less than $10 - it can be as high as 35% of the total sale amount.   eBay charges to list the item as well as a percentage of the item’s selling price, shipping, tracking, handling, and insurance.  PayPal also charges a percentage of all that – PLUS a handling fee for EACH payment made.

Refunds and Returns:

If the item received is substantially different from the description in the auction listing or in the online store listing we will honor a return and refund.  Returns/refunds are not offered for any other reasons.  You must email us with a description within 3 days of receipt – day one is the day of receipt of the package.  You must receive authorization to return the item – as in some instances, we may simply ask that you donate the item.  Returned items must be received within 30 days in the SAME CONDITION that they were shipped, in the original packaging with the original manufacturer's packaging – no exceptions.  Once received, we will refund your purchase price as long as the item is in the same condition as when we shipped it.

NOTE:  If an item is returned and it came with any additional “Free” item, then the “Free” item must also be returned, unused.
