Refunds are accepted within 14 days after receiving any items you purchased from us. Please contact us if you feel you require a refund. Refunds will be given as “money back”. We do not do exchanges since we rarely have more than 1 of each item in stock at any given time. If you feel you require a refund please contact us immediately.
We accept payments through PAYPAL only. Payments should be made within 24 hours after close of auction however we understand that is not always possible. We give every customer 7 full days to make payment. If payment is not received after the 5th day an email notification will be sent out. If the payment is still not received by the 8th day then we have set up automatic EBAY nonpayment claims. If you require more time please contact us and we can turn off the automatic claim but if the automatic claim is initiated we can’t reverse it!

6. International shipping. Please note that under EBAY’s new Global Shipping program, delivery may take up to two to three weeks since the packages have to be sent to an EBAY facility in Kentucky where there are checked over for packaging and new tracking information (generated by EBAY staff) before shipping out internationally. This is to protect both us as the seller and you as the buyer.
6. All shipments include tracking services so you can track your own package on the www.usps.gov website. If you don’t know how to use the website just ask and we will explain for you!

Tax Information!!
1.If you live in Washington State then you must pay the state tax of 6.5% plus the local tax rate of your local county. That being said we have gone ahead and marked it up so you only pay 7.5% tax which comes from the 6.5% State tax rate + the lowest local tax rate in the State (1% held by Garfield county locations). So we added that 1% to against all Ebay sales made in the state of Washington, hence the 7.5% sales tax. If additional taxes are required we will pay them out of pocket.
