Jewel case/Jacket : No crack but obvious worn/scratched from heavier handling.

Disc(s): Obvious noticeable surface scratches but the disc plays well without skipping.
Insert(s)/Booklet(s), Obi/Spine card: Obvious worn/torn and evidence of handling such as heavier tab indents/dimples. Any serious damage such as ripping or stains will be noted.
Jewel case/Jacket: Obvious flaws such as worn/scratched/cracked. Any serious damage such as broken/destroyed will be noted.
