The condition is rated "B" by Dyson and comes with a Dyson warranty, remote and manual as well. Please look at the pictures in this listing. They are of the exact item you will be receiving and it is fully functional. The Dyson refurbished units undergo a 72 point check before they are returned to the status of being able to be sold to consumers. The reconditioned Dyson product must pass this comprehensive series of electrical and performance tests as well as the same safety requirements a brand new unit is held to.
