In an attempt to manage your expectations please read my entire description below and ask as many questions as you like.

This auction is for a fibreglass front fender as pictured, the mould was taken from an original X-Sport sandblaster fender to ensure a nice fit.

The surface finish of these arches are excellent, no painting required.

Suitable for wide pit bike front ends like the X-Sport sandblaster or those building a suspension Honda ATC70.

These heavy duty arches are hand made as standard from several layers of fibreglass to resist cracking and flexing. (approx. 5 to 6mm thick) This means they are heavy. If you require them to be lighter I can get them made up with less layers if you require. Please let me know on checkout, otherwise the standard thickness will be made and sent.

Arches are made using coloured resin throughout (to look nicer) and are painted with gel coat underneath. This adds to the time and cost of manufacture but the end result is allot better looking product.

Fibreglass can also be easily repaired and painted to suit your build if required.

Please state what colour you require at checkout.

I can make them in any RAL colour code you want, if I don't have the colour in I can get a small amount in for an audition surcharge. (I don’t do metallics).

Most importantly please note that all my fibreglass products are made to order so can take up to 28 days to make before shipping.

I have these made locally at a Fibreglass specialist with over 40 years in the business, they fit all my work in and around larger jobs mainly making fairground rides.

If you are in a hurry then look elsewhere for an alternative supplier.
