If your item is defective please provide photos showing your item is defectivethrough email and we will begin the process for a return/refund. If areplacement item is available it is YOUR responsibility to ship it back to usand your item will be replaced upon return. If you are unhappy with the item forany reason, you ARE welcome to return it, as long as it is shipped with theoriginal protection. YOU are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COST if the item isNOT defective. Please email us to request an RMA. Upon return, you will berefunded for the ITEM ONLY!!! We will NOT refund shipping for NON-DEFECTIVEitems.
