Purple / blue / green / pink hologram pebbled leather with gunmetal hardware.

Used a few times.  The only damage I see is a light scratch on the back toward the bottom which can only be seen if the light is right.  See photo.

6" long x 4.5" tall.  L-zip wristlet with hang tag.  Has a small pen mark and a tiny chip in the leather on the back at the bottom.
