Delivery of goods:

The delivery of goods require customer's signature. If there is no one at the premises, you can either arrange delivery for some other day or can ask courier service to leave at your next door neighbour or leave some where safe like in garage or porch.

The courier we use will not leave parcel at door step or at the side of the house unless you sign up a declaration by going on their web site. You will need to fill the declaration, print, sign and leave it at your door instruction where you want them to deliver it, neighbors′, garage, side entrance of the house etc..

Please be advised that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us unused in it's original condition/packing within 7 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note, the cost of delivery is included within the price of unit, hence delivery & collection charges will not be refunded.

For your peace of mind our Tandoori oven comes fully insured for physical damage and loss whilst in transit. Kindly inform delivery man for any damages/missing parcels.
