I was actually fooled by it as I accidentally discovered it in my collection and thought it was authentic in every way. A kind eBayer pointed out the base to me and I discovered it was reconnected with epoxy of some sort. It is a very good looking custom that had me convinced for a long while. Happy bidding. 

Explanation of abbreviations:

MIMB - mint in mint box

MOMC - mint car on mint card and blister

MONMC - mint on near mint card and blister. Minor card it'd blister defects

MOC - card or blister not part of the value other than continued protection of the car

HTF - hard to find

VHTF - very HTF 

PROT or PROTECTO - comes with clam shell case

RR - real rider tires

BW - black walls (basic wheels)

WW - white wall tires

RL - red line tires

WL - white letter tires
