This is a gorgeous old chandelier! The ceiling plate is marked RIDDLE DESIGN 913 and each of the sockets are marked RIDDLE. This piece is in very nice condition overall, but needs rewiring. It has a bit of soil/paint loss, but no cracks or breaks. With light restoration, this would be a stunning piece!
