International Buyers – Please Note: 

·        Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·        Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·        These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

International First Class shipping can take from 2 - 8 weeks and for some countries can take up to 12 weeks depending on your Country's Customs 

As with any contract, please take the time to read the auction carefully.  If you have any questions or do not agree to anything, please contact me prior to bidding.

Currently Ebay is set up to accept electronic payments. This includes paypal and e-checks as well as other electronic payments.  E-checks may be processed via paypal.  Payment is expected within 7 days of winning the auction(s).  If you require more time please let me know.  I know sometimes things happen and I will try to work with you if you notify me immediately.  I'm very flexible if you give me the chance.  Without notification within the 7 days, my eBay settings will automatically file the necessary forms so I may be given credit for the commission eBay charges when the item(s) sells.

I apologize to serious bidders who make eBay the enjoyable experience it is.  I have had to add this because of non-paying bidders.

Please note:  I am not making a profit from the s/h.  The s/h fees are what the post office charges plus a small handling fee (allowed by ebay) of usually $.50 to $2.00 to cover some but not all of the expenses incurred with shipping (Domestic shipping) for small to medium size items.  For heavy items or International the handling fee may be a little more ($2.00 or more) as these items will require more packing materials to protect your items in transit.  Starting September 22, 2009, eBay changed their policies on insured items .  Please confirm if your item is insured.  If you do not agree the handling fees are fair, please do not bid on my items.  If you want to know your handling fees before bidding, please contact me.

Whenever possible and appropriate, poly mailers will be used for non-fragile items (ie/beanie or plush dolls) to help defray the expenses of shipping.  If you require a box, please select Priority or other expedited shipping as your shipping method.

My preference is to ship via the USPS to confirmed PayPal addresses only.  If you have an unconfirmed Paypal/FPO/APO/ PO Box/Military, or International address, please email upon winning to confirm your address/telephone number. 

Unconfirmed Paypal addresses will need to be confirmed in order to ship.

If there is a different shipping method you prefer, please email me your country/zip code to obtain an estimate shipping fee prior to bidding.

I know as a buyer there is nothing more exciting than receiving your winning items.  I ship everyday ... yes including Sundays.  Sorry, not on Holidays.  For domestic shipments I usually ship within 48 - 72 hours of receiving confirmation of payment as long as I don't require address confirmation.  During the Holidays handling time can be up to 5 days. 

If you have an unconfirmed/ FPO/ APO/ Military/ International or PO Box address I will wait until I have confirmation of your address and in some cases also a telephone number.  Unfortunately this will delay your shipment.  Please help me get your items out to you as quickly as possible by confirming the information upon check-out or when I contact you for the information.  The faster I get it, the faster I can ship them out. 

For International, I can usually ship within 24 - 72 hours to allow time to confirm information (address / phone) and prepare required forms.  During the Holidays, shipping will be within 4 - 6 days.

Please make certain the information on ebay/paypal is accurate and up to date.  I try to take every precaution to have your item arrive to you safely.

International shipping please note, USPS First Class Mail does not offer tracking.  If you want to get it faster and be able to track it, I would suggest USPS Priority International.  For larger items/electronic toys I prefer USPS Priority.  USPS Priority offers available tracking, indemnity, and delivery time can be calculated.

Please note: S/H fees are not exclusively postage fees.  The handling fee may include but is not limited to : packing materials, protective plastic containers/bags, self-adhesive address and shipping labels, tape, ink, and printing paper.  The s/h fee also includes for your items to be insured.  I try to package items as best as possible and need these items to continue to deliver quality packaging/care of your items.  Thank you for understanding.

The Post Office is raising their shipping fees yet again starting January 4, 2010.  The increase is reflected in the s/h fees.

All International taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer upon clearing customs in your country.

****  For Priority and Express, please contact me prior to bidding for a fee for combined s/h.  The post office has raised these fees significantly.  It's ridiculous but this is not under our control.

****  Please note:  I learned from one of my buyers in Canada, UPS charges very expensive Fees which they will collect before they release your package.  These fees are not shipping fees, but rather fees UPS collects depending on the value of the item.  These fees are in addition to the shipping fees and are fees assessed and collected by UPS.  Please consider USPS Priority for a little more money but will save you a lot of money in Canadian Fees.  I don't know if this holds true for other International Countries

This item is new.  I have tried to describe it to the best of my ability.   I carefully inspect all my items twice, once before listing and then again immediately before packing.  Electronic toys are tested in the same manner (when accessible without violating the manufacturers factory seal).  They are tested once before listing and once again prior to packing to insure their working condition.  Please note: the listings that state "batteries included" are electronic toys that have factory/manufacturer installed tester batteries. 

Most of my items are insured and all my items with a value over $50.00 are insured.  I pack my items with the utmost care.  I will assist buyers in filing a claim on items that are insured.  Please feel free to contact me if you would like to know if your item is insured.

Tracking (where applicable: All Domestic and UPS parcels, International Priority and International Express) is provided at no additional cost ! 

UPS packages are insured and tracking up to $100.00 at no additional cost.
