We only accept PayPal as our payment method. We do not accept postal orders or cheques. Please note that we require immediate payment on all our orders, you will be required to submit payment information at the time of placing your order. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. You can email us regarding any combined postage request through eBay Messages.

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.

All orders will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays.

Please refer to the top of the listing for postage options and charges. We regret that we are only able to offer shipping to mainland UK at this time.

Items are subject to availability, we will try our best to inform you if any item is out of stock before you place your order. If for any reason you have made the payment and the item is unavailable as it may have been damaged we will inform you ASAP and will issue you with a full refund immediately.

We dispatch our items on a daily basis, before 2pm, if for any reason you have made a late payment and require the item immediately please inform us through eBay messages.

If there are any changes to your order such as address or colour please email through eBay messages, and also ensure that your address is correct on eBay and PayPal. We are not liable for any items that have been sent to an incorrect address.

Once our items have been sent we are not responsible for any delays caused by our courier Royal Mail. Before leaving feedback please contact us if your item is late.

Returns are accepted, If you are not satisfied you can return your product within 30 days. If this is the case please contact us immediately to organize your return, you can do this by emailing us on eBay or contacting us by telephone. All returns must be posted in original condition and packaging to ensure uncomplicated refunds. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice. Returns will not be accepted if in a non-resalable condition, worn or washed. Please be aware when trying on items that you make sure the items are not scented or marked by any perfumes, smoke etc. Any items with this will not be accepted for return. When you return your product please supply us with the following information: Full Name, Address, eBay user ID, Date of Return and Reason for return.

All customers are liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items. Postage costs will not be refunded. Customers are encouraged to take note of the package tracking number, which acts as proof of return. Once your item has been received, we will let you know, and will further issue your refund excluding the original delivery charge. All costs of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We will refund you using the original method of how you paid, so if you paid through PayPal we will refund you back through PayPal.

When returning items which were FREE postage when originally bought, there will be a reduction of £.99, £1.99 or £2.99 on the overall price depending on the weight of the item.

Faulty Goods:

All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. The postage cost will be refunded for damaged or incorrect items.
