VulcanParts is the Official Vulcan to The Sky Trust eBay auction and listing site.
All items sold through the site are from stock owned and held by the Trust.
Crucially, appropriate quantities of critical spares will be retained to ensure that AVRO Vulcan XH558 and other examples of the type may be maintained in future years.
All funds raised through this Account will go to the continued operations of Vulcan to the Sky Trust in its stated objectives.
Terms of Sale
Items Descriptions
We make every effort to describe items accurately, and do not set out to deliberately mislead. We are only human, sometimes get things wrong. If we have made a genuine mistake then we will always do something about it.
Payment
We prefer PayPal
However we will consider a Personal cheque or Credit Card direct payment by agreement please use the eBay Message for details. Payment via either of these methods or contact with ourselves must be made within 7 days of the completion of the auction otherwise we may relist the item.
Returns Policy
Returns not accepted for auction or pre-owned items unless there has been an error in the listing.Returns are at buyers cost and risk unless there has been an error in the listing.
Any items for return must be advised within 7 days of receipt and must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were when despatched.
If any attempt has been made to modify or repair the item without authorisation then the return will not be accepted. Refunds will only be made upon inspection following receipt.
Delivery / Collection Information
We will arrange delivery promptly upon receipt of payment & we will send a message to confirm.
As most items are unique they will generally be sent via a tracked service to protect the Trust.
Courier or Royal Mail will be used for all items under 25 Kg in weight and within certain size parameters.
Outside of this weight, and with oversize items, collection for our base location will be necessary. We can be flexible on collection days and times, within reason !
By agreement and within a certain distance of our base we will consider a delivery service for a reasonable charge.
