This ad is for a used DELL Optiplex GX745 DCCY Small Form Factor Computer, with keyboard, mouse, and Dell LCD monitor, power cable, and monitor VGA adapter cable.  The computer is running 64 bit windows 10 which is the current windows.  It has all of the current Windows updates (as of 12/16).  The computer has 2.0 GB of RAM, 74 GB of hard drive, and has a 2.93 Ghz Intel Core Duo dual core processor.  It also has a DVD Reader/Writer, parallel port, serial port, Ethernet RJ45 port (internet), USB ports front and rear, audio jacks front and rear, and an ATI Radeon HD 3450 Graphics card. Not the hottest machine on the block but not bad and perfectly serviceable.  The keyboard, mouse and monitor are all DELL as well.  The computer measures 12.4" x 3.65" x 13.4".  It's a nice unit.  The picture with the Optiplex family has this model circled in red - the picture is not of this particular unit.
