Retro Kodak Instamatic 56X Compact 126 Cartridge Film Camera
I am
looking to sell a vintage camera, the Kodak Instamatic 56X Compact Film Camera. It is in a very good used condition and comes
with an outer hard plastic Kodak case with strap. It is a 126 cartridge film
camera - ideal for lomography. Manufactured between 1972 and
1977
Lens : 1:11/43mm fixed focus
Single shutter speed of 1/50
sec
Optical viewfinder
Takes magicube flash (not
included)
Camera is being sold as untested, but has been stored away dry. There is light
wear and marks to the camera and case from age / use / handling, but still
looks OK in my opinion.
I have tried the moving parts and they do all seem to function fine and
freely. I have also “clicked” the camera by adjusting the lever to the back and
it did make a noise, so it definitely works in some capacity.
It is being sold as untested simply as I am
not an expert on cameras and wouldn’t know where to begin!
Camera came from a collection of vintage
cameras and accessories all stored dry, please check my other listings for other
similar items. A nice collectable item which I am sure could still be used.
Measures approx 3 ¼” high by 4 ¼” wide, not in
case.
I have not tested the camera, nor do I know how to fully, so therefore I
am selling it as untested and possibly in need of attention, although
cosmetically it looks very good and I have tried moving parts and they move
fine.
A nice cased vintage Kodak camera for use or
for your collection or use.
Basically what you see in the photos is what
you will receive.
I have included a number of photos and these probably describe the item
better than I can and form part of the description. Everyone has different
considerations when purchasing items and if you need any further information,
please feel free to contact me and I will try to help.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my
