Orders are processed within one business day. Orders that are completed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be prepared and shipped on the following Monday (except holidays). All information is based on EST. If for any reason the item is undeliverable or refused, the customer will have an option to reship the item for a reshipping fee or the customer will be refunded less the original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any restocking fees associated with the listing.   • RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund. All return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee will be waived for all exchanged items that are in stock. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns MUST have the RETURN/EXCHANGE form filled out which is included in the original shipment.
