We offer free shipping through USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail with Signature confirmation. 
We also offer USPS Express Mail shipping at a charge of $25.00.

If a return is needed, please notify us within 7 days. All returns must be received in our office within 14 days of your receipt. Security tags must still be attached to the item purchased for a return of your full purchase price. A 5% fee will be charged "IF" the security tag(s) are removed from the item. An additional 5% fee will be charged "IF" all packaging such as D.Y. box, D.Y. pouch, D.Y. cleaning cloth, D.Y. folder & Certificate of Authenticity are damaged or not returned. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for the return. This includes return shipping, insurance and signature confirmation. We cannot refund monies on items lost during the return process. A refund will be given once the item has been returned and inspected. Jewelry that has been altered, worn or resized may not be returned or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS
