| TAXES: All orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be charged GST/HST. NO taxes are charged to orders sent outside of Canada. Import Customs duties/taxes if applicable are the sole responsibility of the buyer. |
| SHIPPING: We use a variety of services to ship your order whichever provides the lowest cost. In all cases your local postal service will provide final delivery. USA & International orders are shipped once a week (usually Thursdays). Buyers in most locations can expect to receive packages 7 - 14 days following payment. International mail can be erratic at times please do not be concerned if it takes a little bit longer, delays in customs processing is the usual culprit, actual loss is extremely rare. |
| PACKING: All orders are sent in quality new cardboard mailers or bubble envelopes, we use as much packing as possible within the available weight limitations, all packages receive the same level of protection regardless of value. |
| COMBINING ITEMS: We are happy to combine multiple items for processing and shipping, please send us an email to let us know you plan to continue bidding. In most cases significant saving in shipping cost can be had especially for vinyl records where the packaging weight is relatively high |
