The warehouse is located at the rear of the complex so you just need to follow the driveway down to the rear

For Buy It Now Items Instant Payment is required



For auction wins payment is due within 7 days of the auction finishing. Please contact us if you require extra time to pay.



Parcels are posted Monday to Friday and are usually sent within 24 business hours of cleared payment being received.



We use Australia Post or TollDX for all our parcels. All our parcels have tracking.



A confirmation email will be sent notifying you when your parcel has been sent and the tracking information will be uploaded into ebay.

Do you Combine Shipping?



Our Buy It Now items offer Free Regular post. Express post is available for an additional charge and will be available as an option when you go through checkout



For multiple auction wins we offer combined shipping rates which are based on weight and postcode.

If you wish to take advantage of combined shipping rates please do not checkout until you have finished shopping. We will then send you a combined invoice with the adjusted postage rate as the eBay checkout system does not correctly calculate combined postage rates.
 


When can I expect my order to arrive?
 


We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 business hours of cleared payment being received. We post Monday to Friday.

As we are based in WA please take into consideration the time that Australia Post takes to deliver parcels from the West.

An email will be sent to the email address you have registered on eBay advising you of an approximate delivery time. A copy of the email should also be in your My Messages on eBay.
If you have not received this notification please check your junk folder. Tracking information will be uploaded into ebay on the day your parcel is sent

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time please check the tracking information on ebay for it's current status
 


How Much is the Shipping/Handling Charge?
 


Postage and shipping costs are in the listing under the postage and payments tab. For International Buyers please note that custom duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. If you are unsure about custom charges please contact your local authority

 


When Can I Expect A Reply to my Question?
 


Emails are answered as quickly as possible - usually within a few hours.

 Over the weekends and holidays there may be a delay in receiving a response.

What if there is a problem with my purchase?
 


Customer service is our number one priority. One the rare occasion a problem occurs please contact us so we can rectify it for you.

For change of mind purchases if the item is not suitable returns are accepted on condition that the item is unopened in it's original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.



For returns please contact us for a Return Authorisation number before sending the item back.



Please note that due to government health regulations certain products such as quilts, pillows, protectors etc are not allowed to be returned.
