ebay posts Warnings about cheap jewelry

ebay has warning about silver marked 925 from overseas. many items are plated and stamped sterling 925 only to find the plate wears off weeks later after you left positive feedback with some containing cadmium. Most of the cadmium produced today is obtained from zinc byproducts and recovered from spent nickel-cadmium batteries. Jewelry from overseas has been using cadmium (old batteries) to sell goods to the USA and also find a way to dump toxic waste material on the open market.
