Often boots will be marked with a red mark on the size tag and on the box if it comes in one, so they can't be returned to dept. store.

Hologram will either be in left boot or on the box or on the Authentication card to let you know these are Authentic. They no longer put a hologram in every boot they make.

SIZING: There is so much confusion about sizing. In the beginning of time when Classics were created, they made the Classic Boots 1 full size larger. Not all shoes and boots are made that way but I will inform you weather it is true to size or runs large or small in my listing.

Feedback is very important to us because eBay uses it to determine our fees and our visibility in the eBay search results so that you can find our items easily. We leave feedback when we receive payments in full, and after item is received and all is satisfactory. Please do the same. Go to Shortcuts on the left of your Ebay screen and click on Leave Feedback. We ask that customers contact us with any problems before leaving feedback. I bend over backwards to make it right.

International Customers: I always pack up in brown paper to keep box pristine! Box damage in shipping is not my responsibility but it has happened, luckily boots were fine inside. 

Delivery Time:  Boots arrive to most countries customs offices within 4 to 5 business days. The item then needs to be cleared by customs before arriving to you. Customs delays vary from a few days to several weeks.  Please figure delays into shipping time. I can't do anything to hurry them up but sure wish I could. 

*Be prepared to work with your customs office. You may be sent a notice to pick up your package. Please pick up or accept delivery before 2 attempts or they will return it to me. You may be required to pay additional Fees. Pay attention to the notice that may be sent to you. You are sent the TRACKING/SHIPPING number when I print the label. Know where to find it! It's in the Purchases section of the "MY EBAY" section .

I can not control how fast Custom's processes it. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Delays have nothing to do with me. If it gets there quickly then I take full responsibility. Seriously...I do... Check with your country's Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding.
