Shipping
If you place your order by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, all in-stock items will be shipped that day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped Mondays. If you choose Next Day or 2-Day shipping option, your order must be received and credit approved by 3:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
Terms
Our 30 Day Guarantee. Not totally satisfied with your product? We will provide a Return Authorization. It is required that all returned item(s) be in their original condition. This includes but not limited to, original packaging, accessories and includes all tags. Upon receipt of merchandise with a Return Authorization, we will grant a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Items incorrectly shipped will be refunded for shipping charges.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged: Girdles, Support Cups, Used Mouthpieces, Some health and personal care items, unwrapped bats, used shoulder pads, and used helmets. Upon receipt of merchandise with a Return Authorization, we will grant a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Items incorrectly shipped will be refunded for shipping charges.
