You are bidding on a JEFF BURTON replica car from the 2005 NASCAR season, featuring his "standard" paint scheme of the orange and black #31 Cingular Wireless car.   This is a 1:24 scale diecast version of Jeff's  Chevy Monte Carlo produced by Action Racing Collectibles.    

This car has been stored in a smoke-free, cool dark closet for the last 10 years.   I believe that I may have opened this for display for a bit, but all of my cars were displayed in a sealed glass case and never played with by children.
