Payment is due within 5 days of auction close. We will only ship to a personal & confirmed Paypal address. If payment is not received within 5 days we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute.
Shipping
All Buyers
We are in Canada. Shipping to the US will take extra time. Combined shipping is available. We will hold items. Please contact us. Orders ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends) from the date of purchase.
International Buyers
All packages shipped from Canada must go through customs and will take additional time. International shipments may take as long as 6 weeks depending on customs procedures in your country. The full customs value will be declared without exception. Duties & taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We attempt to describe the condition of all items accurately and to photograph them to the best of our ability. Some gentle wear should be expected. If you have any concerns about an item, please inquire before bidding or purchasing. All items come from a smoke free environment. We cannot guarantee an item has not come in contact with perfume. Please note that colors from our photographs show up differently on every computer and variances are possible. Everyone makes mistakes - please contact us prior to leaving feedback. We strive to maintain excellent customer service. We will always accept items back for return and issue you a full refund in the event of an oversight in representation.
Refund Policy
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Items will not be accepted for return for any flaws highlighted in the description. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received and within 14 days. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular issue, please inquire before bidding.
