Q: Why do I still not receive my items?

A: We usually post the items in 1-2 business days via Royal Mail 2^nd Class after the payment receipt.  Usually, there are 2 reasons why you have not received the items in the expected timeframe: 1) depending on Royal Mail performance, some items may take longer to arrive or get lost in the mailing process;  2) you forget to tell me what colour you want.  I need this information to ensure I send you the correct item, hence a post delay.

 In either case, pls contact me at the first place.  With the information required, I usually send the item / replacement or offer the refund immediately.  Pls DO NOT open a case / request against me. I am sure you will find a satisfactory solution if you just send an inquiry / message to me first. Case opening  will damage our business image and cause the seller account suspension.  I do highly appreciate your understanding in this respect.

 

Q: The items I received are not the “Real Touch” artificial flowers.

A: The general definition of "Real Touch" artificial flowers are the flowers made from polyester fabric, polymers or plastic and they look and feel incredibly realistic. That said, subject to different flower type, the "real touch" technique applied to make it could be quite different. The flowers with thick petals (eg. Lily, Calla) are usually made from foam latex while the flowers with thin petals (eg. hydrangea) are usually made from polyester fabric to come out the "real touch" look and feel.  While I do appreciate different people have different taste and expectation, pls DO NOT mis-judge our “real touch” description and leave neutral / negative feedback just because the flowers are not made from the materials you expect.
