I bought this to enable the use of my Military Headset for Civilian use. Never used, I just changed my headset. Transistorized audio amplifier and impedance matching device that increases impedance from 8ohm to 600 ohm and matches audio output to a suitable level. I'm not sure but it may be 27.5 volt.
