This is a Gorgeous Heat safe Kanekalon Futura fiber wig. This beautiful wig is 11" long from the nape of the neck with 3.5" long bangs, With an adjustable cap and a skin top. Our synthetic wigs come with the style baked in, so it is ready to wear.  This wig is made of high quality Kanekalon fiber. Kanekalon is heat safe on low settings and very realistic .



Item Color

  • Please order your item based on the color number, not the photos. We cannot control your monitor settings. Please do not leave us item not as described feedback because the color looks different in person than in the photo. That is not fair to us, we take all of our own photos and try to describe the item in detail.  For Ponytails, we will not be responsible for shipping charges due to color not matching. If you do not know your color number , order knowing if the color does not match you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • International customers who choose the First Class Shipping option, please allow 2-6 weeks for your item to arrive. We ship within 2 business days and cannot control the parcel once it is shipped. Please wait 6 weeks before contacting us. We have never had a lost package, it will either get to you or come back to us, and until then there is nothing we can do.
  • We will not be responsible for parcels that have shipped to the wrong address. We use your ebay / paypal address so please make sure it is up to date.

Returns Policy

 

  • Actual Images of item are shown above, we take our own photos and do not substitute a different item than what is in the photo
  •  In the case of a manufacturer defect, Pre-approved return must be received, New, Unworn, in original packaging, with tags still attached for an exchange or refund. For any other pre-approved returns original and return shipping is the buyers responsibility
  • Please do not try on your item until you look it over for defects. We cannot accept a return that has been tried on or worn.
