I have been putting this system together for about 6 months. I wanted this for my grandkids to play on when they visited, but went another route.

The console is a SCPH-30001, works great, the seal has not been broken on it, so no one has tinkered inside the unit.

I was told the 40GB hard drive had never been installed, (looked new to me but who knows ?) I bought the hard drive and network adapter because it came with the very rare start-up disc. I installed the hard drive, then used the start-up disk, and all worked as it should, The HD was empty, nothing installed on it. I payed over $50 alone for this.

I bought the Mad Catz DVD starter kit new (still in packaging), But opened it up so I could condense everything to fit in one box for shipping.

You get the duel sided DVD remote (there are pics of both sides), the sensor for the remote, 2 controller extensions (7'), and a base to stand the console upright.

2 brand new controllers.

2 brand new 8MB memory cards

1 new AV cable (hookup to older tv)

1 new component cable (hookup to new tv)

1 used power cable (came with console)
