*IMPORTANT* You must notify us if you are returning your watch under the 14 day returns policy. Your watch is fitted with wrapping and plastic. This must remain intact and must not be removed if you wish to return the watch for refund, within 14 days of receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of fault and return for repair.

 

·       Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the watch to us.

·       All returns MUST be arranged with us by emailing us with your intention to return, as soon as possible after receipt of the watch.

·       Watches must be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and arrive in perfect originally supplied condition, unworn and with wrapping and plastic intact with all packaging.

·       Watches returned without authorisation, with the wrapping and plastic removed, showing wear to the strap or outside the return period will be subject to a restocking fee.
