Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 Shipping:

We reserve the right to change the type of shipping on all items that are offered with free shipping. We use FedEx or USPS on all US shipping. For international shipping we mainly use USPS Priority as that is usually the lowest cost. In some cases we can use First Class if the weight and dimensions allow however the shipping time is longer. If you are an international buyer please contact me if you want to confirm shipping costs on a particular item.

If you are happy with your purchase please leave positive feedback. If you are not happy for any reason please contact me BEFORE leaving negative feedback to give me the opportunity to resolve your issue. I leave positive feedback after positive feedback is given.

 Returns:

I offer 14 day returns in most cases. Sending it back in the original box with the eBay return label is ideal. Buyer will pay for the return shipping charges unless the item was not as described or defective and not noted in the description. Buyers who deliberately report an item as defective when it is not (in order to be reimbursed for return shipping) will be reported to eBay. On returns where free shipping was offered, a refund, minus my shipping charge, will be given as soon as I receive the item and fully inspect it. No refund is issued on a used or damaged item. I will not accept a return on an item if it has been altered in any way. That includes the removal of price tags that were included when the item was first shipped out.
