Most of the parts we list come from used vehicles or batches of parts that are typically used (unless otherwise noted).
We do our best to examine each part and identify any problems or damages. If we miss something it is an honest mistake. Please keep in mind they are used parts and typically have wear and tear as you would expect. We try to show any defects in the photos. Please ask for photos if you don't see some angle or would like a close up of some item.

PAYMENT:
If you purchase a part PLEASE make payment within 5 days. If payment is not received within that time we will open an unpaid item case to allow us to re-list the part.
RETURNS:
We include a 100% return policy minus any shipping.

SHIPPING:
We typically ship 6 days a week (excluding holidays). Most shipping is through USPS or UPS. We are glad to figure combined shipping when applicable. Most shipping labels are through PAYPAL and use the address provided by PAYPAL as the shipping address.
