We aim to despatch all orders the same day, (if ordered before 12 noon), using Royal Mail or Hermes.
Orders received after 12 noon Friday may not be despatched before Monday morning.

Your order may be subject to customs charges and/or import fees if you are having an item delivered to a location outside of the EU. We cannot estimate when these charges will be applied, how much they will come to if applied and we regret that we cannot pay these charges. Any charges incurred must be paid by the receiver of the order, if an item is refused by the receiver the item will be abandoned by carrier and the customer will be wholly liable for the order and the return of the goods to us at their expense.
You have the right to return any items purchased on our website at any time within 30 working days after the day you received the goods. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Please note all return postage costs are down to the buyer unless the goods arrive damaged or faulty.
