RETURN POLICY:

• If there are ANY issues with the item please CONTACT me first and I will make things right ASAP
• I'm happy to ACCEPT returns or exchanges on eligible items (see the listing details) for any reason as long as the item is returned in exactly the same UNDAMAGED condition
• Items excluded from my return policy are: items sold as "For parts or not working", new socks and underwear, precious metals, personalised items, software, etc.
• The BUYER pays the return postage and is responsible for keeping track of the item (eg. proof of postage, recorded delivery)
• Once I get the item I will EXCHANGE the item or issue a FULL ITEM PRICE excluding the outbound shipping costs (where applicable)
