This auction is for a 60s, 22” Effanbee Baby Doll. She is a darling doll with an oilcloth body. This little girl had a problem when she found her way to my home ... the packing had compressed inside her oilcloth body and her head was attached, but dangling. As a result of the dangling, some of oilcloth has pealed off the attached cloth body. Some clean fiberfill has been added to her body and she holds her head up just fine now. Her oilcloth body does not have any holes that I can see, but the top just doesn’t look very good. Bottom of is okay.

Other than the problem with her body, she has some paint wear on her bottom lip and she has a few marks here and there. (I will gladly repaint her bottom lip if her new mama wants me to.) Her blue sleep eyes work good and have all of their original back lashes. She does not have any noticeable odor of any kind.

I have dressed her in a vintage baby gown, that has a tiny pink, yellow, peach flower pattern and decorated with white eyelet around the neck and white lace trim over the shoulder areas, around the wrist and bottom of the gown. She is also wearing peach colored panties.

These old dolls are so precious and its getting harder and harder to find them. Please take a good look at this one!

Shipping will be by Priority Mail. Zip code determines shipping cost. I do not charge a packing fee.
