Install guidelines which will help make install easier for those who like to DO IT YOURSELF (DIY). Please follow these simple steps. 1. Remove your stock fuel door using either 8mm to 12mm socket or screwdriver Philips or Flat Head tip. Some cars have rivets, mainly Toyota and Scion if so you must drilled out the rivets and install new rivets with a rivet gun went installing the fuel door we only supply OEM rivets for certain fuel doors. 2. It very important to remove your fuel door release spring from your OEM fuel door and install on the carbon fiber fuel door, if there is not already a release spring install on carbon fiber fuel door. 3. Install carbon fiber fuel door with fuel door release spring then test that the carbon fiber fuel door will pop open when pulling release lease lever. 4. Install complete.
