This lovely Patsy Joan 1949 black model is an exact replica of a Black Patsy Joan made by Effanbee Doll Company in 1949. It was cast from molds taken from an original composition Patsy Joan Doll. She comes as shown in the photos in her original outfit with certificates and box and her stand. Please look carefully at her photos as these do form part of her description. 

She would make a lovely addition to a doll collection.
