Payment:  We accept PayPal payments only.  Buyer must have made payment within 48 HOURS of the end of the auction unless contact is made to seller with other arrangement agreed upon.  Otherwise buyer will receive nonpayment strike.  We reserve the right to cancel any bids or purchases if buyers does not adhere to our terms and condition. If there is ever any issues with a purchased item, PLEASE contact me before opening a case or return, I try very hard to make sure customers are happy with purchases and would greatly appreciate your communication first. Feedback is extremely important and will take great efforts in solving any problems.

Note:  If the payment with PayPal is for shipping to an unconfirmed address we will only ship to a confirmed address. The precautions’ are only taken due to previous experience with fraud and loss of shipping funds.

All descriptions are to the best of our knowledge and research and are purely our opinion.  All items are sold in an AS IN condition. Any stipulation as to age or authenticity is purely speculative and judgmental. We are not museum curators and are not expert enough to guarantee such. There have been reproductions so fine they have even fooled the "experts".

Watch Condition: All watches I offer are used/pre-owned items. I am NOT the original owner. As such, watch "cosmetic wear" (scratches, chips, scuffs, dings, dents, scraps, fading etc) may be significant throughout the watch. I try to describe the cosmetic wear condition. I will NOT identify every little sign of wear on any item in writing (that's what the photos are for), however I will try to point out significant points of interest (usually on the crystal) when/if photos fail to outline. I will NOT accept returns for cosmetic condition issues. All watch sizes “Fits Wrist To” will typically be to a snug fit and not a loose fit.  If you prefer your item to have a loose fit and you’re not sure, please feel free to message me.

VINTAGE: I do not guarantee time keeping on any of my vintage watches, even if the time keeping is perfect. Vintage (ie. very old) watches keep good time but do not expect the accuracy of a modern watch. Adjustments of some sort is generally the norm with vintage watches. Please understand this and keep this in mind, especially if you are new to handling vintage watches.

Watches that are pre-owned will have normal wear scratches.  I try to describe all wear best as possible.  Some area could possibly be missed.  All water resistant watches have not been tested and cannot be guaranteed.  All chronograph watches are not guaranteed. All Vintage mechanical self-wind and automatic watches are not guaranteed to keep exact time.  No watch has been serviced by a watch repair unless otherwise stated.  All Vintage Watches are recommended to have serviced unless stated service has been performed.

Handling Fee:  A $2.00 handling fee will be added at all purchases over $15.00.  This fee will cover the cost of insurance on item in case it is lost or damaged. 

Combined Shipping:  To allow you time to win other items and combine shipping charges you may wait up to 7 days to make payment.  But PLEASE let me know that you are bidding on another item so that I am aware of the combined purchase.

If you are combining shipping, wait until you have won all auctions. Please ask questions about payment methods or timing. 

International Combined Shipping:  It is a good idea to not combine more than two items at a time due to shipping times and past international shipping experience. 

International buyers: Please note--Any import duties, taxes or charges are not included in the price or shipping and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office what these costs may be before bidding. Please let us know any specific shipping/customs instructions with your payment or email us for a shipping quote if any questions. Shipping times are very slow.  I will refund if your watch is not received but not before minimum of 8 weeks. I DO NOT SHIP TO VIETNAM.

Returns:  All items have a 30 day return policy unless otherwise stated in the listing. All items are in working condition upon shipment unless stated otherwise.

DO NOT ask me to cancel a bid because you have changed your mind, don't like it or think you overbid.  Cancelling a bid due to non-payment will result in negative feedback.
