We are an IT/Electronic Surplus Reseller.  A lot of items we receive and sell our staff have limited knowledge on to fully test for full functionality.  As a result we like to pass the savings on to our customers and sell at below cost.  We strive to list each item accurately to our best ability and post high definition pictures to give our customers a good idea on what they are bidding on.  Listing is for the item described above only.  If listing states unit only then it does not come with any accessories. Do not assume, some accessories are used for listing purposes only. If for any reason you have a problem or concern with an item you purchased from us please contact us and let us try to resolve it.  

Returns

  • Our goal is to provide each one of our customers with a great shopping experience. If at any time you have any problems with one of our items, rest assured that we will try to resolve your concerns quickly and fairly.
  • All of our items come with a 14 calendar return policy (unless stated otherwise). All returns may be subject to 20% restocking fee.  If you receive an item that was not as described we will issue a return label and a replacement or refund (at seller's discretion) within 3 business days after we receive the unit and it is verified by one of our technicians. RMAs are required for all returns. Returns/refunds are void for internation buyers.  Please contact us via email or our eBay messaging system for instructions using "Other".

Shipping

  • We ship all items via UPS/USPS from 30058.  Item shipped to a confirmed Paypal address only.  Signature needed on items over $100.  Please contact us prior to checking out for combined shipping rate.  
  • Shipping cut off time is 1 PM EST - Most items (except large/freight items) will be shipped within one (1) business day unless. Customer will be contacted in the event of this exception.
  • Our shipping system will automatically update your eBay account and send an email to your PayPal verified email address with tracking information.   
  • All pick ups are by appointment only. Please contact us prior to paying for your item to schedule an appointment. 
  • If you have special requests send them via eBay message system, our shipping department will not see if it is added to the checkout notes. 
Payment
  • We accept Paypal Only.
  • Payment must be received within 3 days.
  • Unpaid cases open automatically on the 4th day.
  • Georgia Residents buyers pay 7% tax unless you are tax exempt. Please contact us before payment for further instructions.
