• Off the roll: Fabrics are cut off the roll, meaning that orders of multiple quantities will be sent in a continuous length. Please note that for large international orders, we are limited by Royal Mail's postage limits (2kg and maximum parcel length of 60cm).
• Need more? For many of the fabrics we get regular deliveries. If the quantity you want is not shown please contact us.
• Picture Colours: Please note that due to camera and monitor settings, the colours in the pictures won't be 100% accurate. If you need an exact colour match, request a sample.
• Free, Fast Delivery: Orders are dispatched in 1 working day, we also offer a next day service option for orders before 1PM the UK.
• If there's a problem, message us:. Opening a case can limit the options we can provide you. If you have a problem with your order, send us an ebay message and we'll deal with your problem swiftly.
• Working hours: We are open between 9AM and 5PM on Weekdays. Please be aware that there will be a delayed response on messages sent outside these hours.

Shipping:

• Shipping to the UK is free and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
• We also offer 1st Class Recorded and Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed) options.
• If you select the Special Delivery and pay before 1PM, we'll dispatch it the same working day (only applies Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
• International shipping is dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail. We also offer International Signed-For options.
• For countries that accepted, International Signed-For will be upgraded to Royal Mail Airsure at no extra cost.
• We ship to most countries. Please note that some of our heavier and bulkier items are not available for international purchase.
• Large international orders may be sent in multiple parcels, due you Royal Mail maximum size and weight limits.
• Due to many missing items, we do not ship to Italy.

Returns:

• While our items are classed as custom goods and don't need to comply to distance selling regulations, we offer a 14 day returns policy
• Please note that if there is nothing wrong with your order and you want to refund because you have changed your mind, we can not refund postage costs.
• We can also not accept refunds once you have cut into the fabric.
• If there is a fault with the fabric or mistake with the order, we will refund postage costs.
