This is one of the superb Roadcraft Models kits of the 1934-on Scammell 3-ton Mechanical Horse and 13-foot flatbed trailer.  Cast in resin and white-metal. We have just 1 of them at present.  
With very accurate detailed parts, this is one of the best models of the Scammell MH around.
