Shipping
Shipping to the lower 48 via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, UPS Ground or Priority Mail and includes tracking & insurance for your convenience. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Japan, Taiwan and others please e-mail for shipping quote. NOTE: I will only ship items with insurance and tracking. It protects you the buyer and me the seller to insure and be able to track the item. I typically only ship to the United States of America and Canada. Being that this is ultra rare and folks overseas may have an interest, I will consider shipping to another country IF you e-mail me before for shipping quote and have at least 10 positive feedback. All my items are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
Returns
We stand behind every order. In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of myself should you change your mind. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Payment
I only accept Paypal. Payment should be made within 48 hours of auction close.
