IS THAT THE MOST PRECIOUS KITTEN FACE OR WHAT?? 

This is a beautiful San Francisco Music Box "The Anna Rose Cats Collection" sleeping kitty on a ledge porcelain figurine/music box.

The detail in the porcelain is so pretty and the sleeping kitten's face makes me want it to come to life!
(...but I have four cats already)

She measures 9" long and her foot and tail overhang about 2 1/2". 

The music box winds up and plays a precious tune.  I can't identify it but it makes me want to close my eyes and take a nap. ;)

Pics 9 and 10 show a close up of the delicate flowers.  One petal may have a chip, I can't be sure.
