This is a vintage Sennheiser MKH 405 Microphone.  These are classics that use the Tuchel-style power adapter, they do not work with standard 48-v phantom power, you must use a T-Power/Tuchel Power supply for these units.  They come with the Tuchel-to-XLR adapter although they were removed so if you wanted to reconnect them to the adapter you will need to solder the leads together with some wire, or you can just purchase a seperate Tuchel-to-XLR adapter.

I have two available, they are all in similar condition and were all in storage for many years obtained from a local studio. They were all working when last used and tested with a T-Power adapter (not included) and pass audio properly. There is some solder residue on the pins, I cleaned most of it off so there should be no issue connecting an adapter to them.
