Bidding Terms and Conditions:

Bidding on my auctions means you accept the terms and conditions below.

1. Postage: for postage, all my POP!s sold are posted in a box with protective materials such as plastic bags/bubble wrap. A pop normally weighs about 200g, I ensure all parcels are packed with protective materials as close as I can get to 500g (as it is the same cost up to 500g for parcels). I take care in wrapping all my items which is reflected in my feedback - at the date of this auction I have had ZERO issues in relation to parcels being poorly packed.

However, damage in transit cannot 100% be guaranteed not to occur. Please note that the postage charge in this listing DOES NOT include insurance. If any issues occur due to courier faults, I will assist buyer in all compensation claims with postage providers. If preferred, I can include more packaging but note that the weight of the parcel will increase from up to 500g, to between 500g to 1kg, and this may increase postage cost. If winning bidder would like more protective materials /boxing, please let me know after auction end but prior to payment and I will package the product and get a quote.

I am happy for buyers to organize their own courier.

2. International buyers: International buyers, please be aware that items posted through Australia Post normal air mail service does not include insurance or signature. These cost extra and are not included in the regular postage calculated by ebay. The buyer is responsible for the extra fees if requested. 

You can check the prices at the Australia Post Website to get an estimate of the costs.

Buyers should also be aware that if a parcel is lost by Australia Post and sent without insurance, the maximum amount which can be claimed through Australia Post for compensation is $50AU and postage, however this is not guaranteed as it is the discretion of Australia Post. By bidding the buyer acknowledges that they are aware of this risk. 

3. Pickup: Pickup is available from SYDNEY CBD, NSW Australia between business hours. I accept cash only for pickup.

4. Payments: Payments must be received within 3 days of auction end.

5. Non-acceptance of delivery: This is especially important for international sellers - if your item is returned to me due to non acceptance at the time of delivery you may be required to pay a second postage charge to have the item mailed out to you. Ensure your listed address on ebay/paypal has someone present during your normal postage delivery times. If you want me to send to another address, please message prior to payment as I usually post items once I receive payment on work days. Any request for a refund due to non acceptance at the time of delivery will not include the postage charge.
