As for the condition it is used although in very good condition with some minor scuffs on the chassis. However, this is only cosmetic and in no way effects it's function. Comes with battery cage & cable connector. As you can see the flash unit is pictured in the on position. And it flashes when the test button is pressed! I'd rate it as 8.5/10
