The Cardinal 22” is equipped with 59mm 83A polyurethane wheels are perfect for a daily to-and-from scenic Penny cruise.

Trucks and Cushions

The dazzling blue trucks keep you cruising for longer than any other brand. The high-quality aluminium construction of Penny trucks keeps your ride light and strong, while the cushions make sure you're ready to carve. Tighten them or loosen them to suit your riding style.

Shipping Policy:

  • Once we shipped the package to the address that the BUYER registered on eBay/PayPal, but returned back to us due to varies reasons:
l. Attempted Unknown 2. No Receptacle 3. Insufficient Address 4. No Such Address 5. Refused 6. Unclaimed 7. Temp Away 8. Forwarding Expired 9. Moved

We have to charge the BUYER AGAIN ON THE SHIPPING FEE for shipping the package to the BUYER again. Or the BUYER can use his/her own shipping carrier AND Shipping Postage fees are NOT refundable.

International Shipping Policy:

  • Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase of our item. Please note that these fees are to be paid by you to your local government agencies and can be significant. The customer is responsible for checking with his/her local government officials for specific rates 
  • Shipping by First-Class Mail or Priority Mail (May takes UP TO 2-4 weeks) MAY NOT have tracking information updated via USPS. We will proof the package was ship and drop to the Post Office and we do have "SHIP COVER INSURANCE" From eBay when the package was lost. Shipping Postage fees are not refundable.
  • We also have Express Shipping (cover Insurance, Tracking Info and Refund Postage when package lost) for all International buyers to choose if you are unsatisfied shipping by First-Class or Priority Mail. Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted if the order you receive is NOT as described. Refund will usually be done within 5 days after receiving return items. All shipping postage fees are not refundable. (Excluding free shipping items).
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns with certain conditions such as
  1. Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt of your order (based on the delivery conformation records).
  2. Any product that is NOT in its original condition that left our store, such as missing parts, or is damaged due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, acts of God, natural disasters or other misuse.
