Beautiful Kensington entrance hardware.  This is new but was a store sample.  Because it was a store sample it has a unique split finish.  It has a Venetian Bronze finish on the outside handle and polished brass lacquered finish on the inside indoor side of the entrance door.  We have stored this for years and hoped to use it on a house we were building but that project remains on hold so we are letting this go.  We lost the key over the years so you will need to have it re-keyed.  You will also need to order the strike plate for the handle set.  This is solid Forged Brass not plated brass....hence the price.  It will last a lifetime.  This has been stored and moved several times so there are scratches and dings..it's not perfect...but commensurate with the age.

The estate pieces are the best Baldwin makes and the finest in the industry.
